Former Google CEO Eric Schmidt reportedly owns about 1% of Anthropic, according to Bloomberg. If the AI company goes public at valuations of $1.8 trillion to $2 trillion, the stake could be worth around $20 billion. Schmidt invested tens of millions in the 2021 Series A round, which valued the firm at $461 million.
