OpenAI lets Codex users bank rate limit resets

OpenAI is rolling out a flexible rate limit system for its Codex coding assistant, allowing users to save resets for later use. The feature is available on Go, Plus, Pro, and Business tiers, with each eligible user receiving one free banked reset. Plus and Pro users can earn up to three more through a limited-time referral pilot.
