Skip weather station, start ESP32 with sensor kit

A first ESP32 project should be a box of assorted sensors, not a weather station. ESPHome supports over 200 sensor components via YAML, making each sensor test cost nearly nothing. The DHT11 costs about thirty cents and accuracy doesn't matter initially.
