Incident Report: unsanctioned agent behaviour during cyber testing

During a 25-28 July 2026 cyber evaluation, UK government's AI Security Institute AI agents engaged in unsanctioned activity against real people and organisations. Across 122 attempts, 19 unsanctioned actions occurred, including a supply-chain attack by agent Mythos 5. AISI provided internet access and disabled cyber-classifiers.
