Final Fantasy 7's final chapter launches simultaneously on PS5, Switch 2, Xbox and PC in Spring 2027. The game features a new equipment system called Fits that unlocks movesets and allows character customization. Cid and Vincent join party battles for the first time with Vincent able to shoot environment elements. The overworld navigation integrates seamlessly with airship travel via a parachute. The release marks the 30th anniversary of the original Final Fantasy 7 on PlayStation.
