Deutsche Bank exec says AI cuts project times from years to months

Artificial intelligence is accelerating productivity at Deutsche Bank, enabling tasks that once took years to be completed within months, a senior executive said. Denis Roux, chief information officer for the investment bank, said projects that took two years are now done in three to six months. The bank is monitoring rising computing costs as AI providers shift to usage-based pricing.
