Apple Says India's Antitrust Case Against It Is 'Copy-Pasted'

Apple has accused the Competition Commission of India of copy-pasting rivals' claims in its antitrust probe. In a June 25 submission, Apple argued investigators blindly replicated a graphic from a 2024 EU ruling and failed to conduct independent analysis. Apple says it holds under 6% of India's smartphone market.
