KPMG report filled with AI hallucinations

KPMG published a report on agentic AI that contained numerous AI hallucinations. GPTZero investigators found only five of 45 citations pointed to real sources, and roughly half the claims were fake or misattributed. Examples included a nonexistent Emirates chatbot and false claims about UBS.
