Micron revenue quadruples on AI memory chip demand

Micron Technology reported third-quarter revenue of $41.46 billion, quadrupling from $9.3 billion a year ago, as AI demand drove memory chip shortages. Net income surged to $28.24 billion from $1.89 billion. The company forecast fourth-quarter revenue around $50 billion and disclosed a deal to supply AI lab Anthropic with chips.
