Vercel logs CLI optimized for agents

Vercel rebuilt its logs CLI command with more powerful querying capabilities for agent workflows. The command now supports historical log queries across projects with filters for project, deploymentID, requestID, and arbitrary strings. It uses git context by default to automatically scope logs to the current repository.
