Sundar Pichai's Stanford speech drawn protest over Israel cloud contract

Over 100 Stanford students walked out of Sundar Pichai's commencement speech chanting 'Free, free Palestine' and 'Shame on you' citing Google's $1.2 billion Project Nimbus cloud contract with Israel that provides AI and computing resources to the Israeli government and military. The Electronic Frontier Foundation criticized Google and Amazon for lack of transparency around the deal.
