JFrog found 54 of 55 GitHub vulnerability reports were AI-fabricated, including six fake SQLite flaws. One SQLite entry briefly scored a perfect 10.0 from Red Hat before dropping to 7.6. The fakes reached the National Vulnerability Database, where scanners treat them as real.
