Google Cloud has made its Data Agent Kit generally available, a free set of Model Context Protocol tools and agent skills that connects coding agents like Claude Code and Codex to more than 15 Google data services. The release adds BigQuery Graph, Bigtable, and Managed Service for Apache Spark support, letting agents inspect schemas, run queries, and build pipelines under existing IAM permissions.
