Google Cloud announces the donation of Agent Substrate, gVisor, and OpenRL to the CNCF Sandbox. Agent Substrate reaches 1.0 milestone and general availability on GKE. The project started in May 2026 with over 100 contributors and supports millions of sandboxes.
