Centre gets 7 bids for Rs 37,500 cr coal gasification scheme

The Centre's Rs 37,500 crore coal gasification scheme drew seven first-round applications, including three from Adani Enterprises. Bidders include Gallantt Ispat, NTPC, Shyam Sel & Power, and Talcher Fertilisers, proposing urea, direct reduced iron, syngas, and synthetic natural gas projects.
