ApartmentIQ Raises $25M Follow-On Investment

ApartmentIQ, a Madison, Wisconsin PropTech platform, raised $25 million in growth capital from Susquehanna Growth Equity. The funding will expand its AI-driven platform, accelerate MavenAI development, and support hiring across engineering, data, product, and go-to-market teams. Founded in 2013 by CEO Alec Slocum, the company was formerly known as Rentable.
