Android Advanced Protection may block Developer Options

Google appears to be adding a feature to Advanced Protection Mode that blocks access to Developer Options. Code strings in Google Play Services version 26.25.31 suggest enabling the mode will disable or restrict the menu. This closes a security loophole where Developer Options enables USB debugging and OEM unlocking.
