UK AI chip start-up Fractile is in talks to raise around $600m at a $6.5bn pre-money valuation, over six times its May valuation. Lightspeed Venture Partners and Redpoint Ventures would co-lead, with a $250m chip deal with Anthropic for 2027 deployment.
