Seven top 150 dealership groups bought or sold stores in June across seven states. Penske Automotive Group sold a BMW store in Tenafly, N.J., to Open Road Capital and Jesse Hord of Keeler Motor Car Co. The deal is the buyer's fourth store purchase this year and first in New Jersey.
