Verizon Shows Biggest Speed Gap on Budget Phones

Verizon recorded the biggest gap in cellular speeds between flagship and budget phones, according to a survey by Recon Analytics. T-Mobile had the smallest speed gap, while Verizon also logged the lowest average speed for cheap phones overall.
