Novo Nordisk CEO eyes longevity and aesthetics

Novo Nordisk CEO Mike Doustdar said the company's obesity drugs could expand into longevity research and aesthetic medicine. Doustdar pointed to research suggesting semaglutide, the main ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy, may do more than help patients lose weight. The comments came during an interview at the American Diabetes Association conference in New Orleans.
