NAS LLM test: Qwen3 1.7B wins

Seven local LLMs were tested on a Ugreen DH4300 Plus for Home Assistant. Only Qwen3 1.7B balanced speed and accuracy. Most models failed on ambiguous requests or returned unusable tool calls. The NAS's CPU limits practical models to around 2B parameters.
