Are useful and error-free quantum computers only two years away?

QuEra Computing plans to deliver Libra, a fault-tolerant quantum computer with 10,000 to 15,000 qubits, by 2028. The machine will be available through Amazon Web Services cloud. It will achieve a megaquop (1 million operations) with logical qubits erring only once per million operations.
