Intel N150 mini PCs offer only nine PCIe lanes, bottlenecking all-flash NAS performance. The Beelink ME mini allocates five M.2 slots at x1 and one at x2, exhausting the budget. A Gen 3 x1 slot delivers roughly 985 MB/s, far exceeding a single 2.5 GbE port's 312 MB/s ceiling.
