Wallach Urges California Prosecutors to Target Kalshi

Gaming attorney Daniel Wallach is urging California tribes to enlist city and county attorneys against Kalshi, saying tribal litigation alone will not push the prediction-market operator out of the state. The push follows a Ninth Circuit ruling this month that found two tribes likely to succeed in showing Kalshi's sports-event contracts violate the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act. Kalshi has filed for an en banc rehearing.
