Festina Finance Raises €25M Growth Capital

Festina Finance, a Copenhagen-based provider of cloud-native modular platforms for pensions and life insurance, raised over €25 million in growth capital at a €200 million valuation. Birchway Capital led the round. The company will use the funds to develop its platform, expand its team, and target the UK market.
