Delhi HC Orders MeitY Decision on Gamban Block

The Delhi High Court gave MeitY four weeks to decide whether to lift or continue blocking UK anti-gambling app Gamban, which was blocked in India on February 7, 2023 under Section 69A. Justice Amit Mahajan said MeitY must decide itself even if nodal agency I4C does not respond, and Gamban can return to court if the rules are not followed.
