Vercel Sandbox now runs on Vercel Managed Images

Vercel Managed Images replace Sandbox runtimes, now deprecated. The new default, vercel/sandbox/universal:latest, runs Ubuntu 26.04 with Node.js 24, Python 3.14, and coding agents. Images get nightly releases with automatic security updates, and digest-pinned versions opt out of updates.
