FAA and federal workers must install a $1.4 million White House app containing code from Elfsight, a Russian-founded vendor. Security researchers found the outside code controls parts of the government application. Elfsight was founded in 2016 in Tula, Russia by Andrey Yusupov and Vladimir Fedotov.
