Introducing global replica credentials

PlanetScale released global replica credentials that automatically route reads to the nearest read replica worldwide. The credentials load-balance across replicas in a region and seamlessly switch to the lowest-latency read-only region without code changes. Users generate them from the dashboard, CLI, or API.
