Xbox Merges Forza Studios, 268 Roles Cut

Microsoft's Xbox is eliminating 268 roles and merging Playground Games with Turn 10, the studio behind Forza Motorsport. Turn 10 was already gutted by layoffs in July 2025 and stopped updating its 2023 reboot in December. Playground's Trevor Williams will lead the combined team, effectively ending Turn 10 and the Motorsport series.
