Nvidia Talks Guarantee Debt for Nscale

Nvidia is in talks to guarantee billions of dollars of debt for Nscale to build a West Virginia data centre for Anthropic. The deal remains unsigned as Nscale faces local opposition and a delayed December IPO after missing an initial November target. Nscale reported a net loss of $1bn on revenue of $141mn in the first half of 2026.
