2 min read
Chinese modder physicsdolphin released a UEFI pre-driver Nvidia GPU unlocker for Windows and Linux supporting RTX 2000 through 4000 series. User reports show FP16 and BF16 workloads gain 50-80%, with one RTX 4070 Ti Super user achieving over 2x boosts in specific tasks. The tool requires a USB stick on every boot and breaks Secure Boot.
