Microsoft Ships WSL Containers for Windows

Microsoft has made WSL Containers generally available, letting Windows users build and run Linux containers natively via the wslc.exe command or its container.exe alias. The release adds restart, health checks, file copy, and mount support, plus Defender for Endpoint visibility and Intune controls. Microsoft says Docker Compose support is in development.
