Bitcoin ETFs Shed $450M After Clarity Act Fails

U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs saw $450 million in outflows on Tuesday, the largest single-day withdrawal since June 25. The outflows followed the U.S. Senate's failure to advance the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, which fell about 10 votes short of the 60 needed.
