CCI Clears Prosus $100 Mn Navi Investment

The Competition Commission of India cleared Prosus' $100 Mn investment in fintech startup Navi on Oct 30. Founded in 2018 by Sachin Bansal, the company aims to refile its draft IPO papers with SEBI by December this year for a fresh issue of around ₹3,000 Cr. Navi Finserv net profit increased 32% YoY to ₹292.2 Cr in FY26.
