Bank of America plans to acquire British cybersecurity consultancy MDSec Consulting Limited. The Cheshire-based firm employs about 65 specialists in penetration testing, red teaming, and threat research. The deal is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
