Nu Holdings, owner of Brazil's Nubank, is in early talks to buy British digital bank Monzo for £8bn to £10bn, Sky News reported. Monzo has hired Morgan Stanley and Qatalyst; a deal would likely be cash and shares. Monzo's board is also weighing a funding round above £8bn, which would rule out a near-term London listing.
