Microsoft's Nadella turns on the AI giants he helped build

Satya Nadella warned AI giants cannot promise mass job losses while demanding unchecked power. Microsoft offers cheaper models and more customer control. Nadella argued the public will not tolerate a future where a few firms control all AI learning and hollow out entire industries.
