Cloud storage can't replace microSD cards

Most smartphone brands removed microSD card slots from flagship devices years ago. Cloud storage like Google One handles backups and syncing well but cannot match the instant, offline flexibility of popping a microSD card into a phone for extra space. The author argues the two solve different problems.
