Apple must pay Masimo $634M after appeal rejected

U.S. District Judge James V. Selna rejected Apple's appeal, making the $634 million payment to Masimo's owner Danaher final. The lawsuit failed to permanently ban Apple Watch sales or the blood oxygen sensor. Masimo was acquired by Danaher in June 2026 for $9.9 billion.
