Large-scale layoffs and studio closures at Xbox could begin around July 6. Arkane Studios, Undead Labs, Compulsion Games, Double Fine, and Ninja Theory may be shut down or sold. Microsoft could cancel Marvel's Blade, set for 2027. The moves follow a leadership change under new Xbox head Asha Sharma.
