Blink prototype beats WebKit in iOS browser benchmarks

A Blink-based prototype browser built by Microsoft Edge's team scored 49.27 versus WebKit's 38.3 on Speedometer 3.1's Web Responsiveness test, a 28.6% difference. Tests ran on an iPhone 17 Pro Max running iOS 26.5.1. The prototype uses the same rendering engine as Edge on other platforms.
