Ola Electric board finalised a ₹1,000 Cr rights issue opening October 22 at ₹27 per share. Founder Bhavish Aggarwal pledged a 4.32% stake to participate. Funds will repay ₹350 Cr debt and fund ₹400 Cr organic growth for FY27 and FY28.
