Nvidia is in talks to provide roughly $250 billion in financing guarantees for OpenAI to lease a 10-gigawatt data center campus in Ohio being developed by SoftBank's SB Energy unit. The loan covers lease and construction costs but not the GPUs, which could double the project's total to over $500 billion.
