Nokia Sells Private Wireless Unit to Aurelius

Nokia agrees to sell its Enterprise Campus Edge private wireless unit to private equity firm Aurelius for an undisclosed sum. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027. ECE serves around 900 customers in manufacturing, mining and logistics. Employees are expected to transfer over to Aurelius in accordance with local laws.
