Oracle Seeks Shield From Stargate Data Center Risk

Oracle invoked force majeure on its lease for Project Jupiter, a 2.45 gigawatt New Mexico data center tied to Stargate, telling developer Blue Owl Capital it may delay payments if the site misses its 2028 online date. About $18 billion in related loans are now stressed, trading near 90 cents on the dollar.
