Questions Remain About Tense Moment Aboard ISS

NASA ordered ISS personnel into the docked Dragon spacecraft as a Safe Haven precaution while Russian cosmonauts prepared to cut into the PrK transfer tunnel to fix a persistent air leak. The repair effort was called off after 90 minutes. NASA later stated it would seek a collaborative approach with Roscosmos for future leak repairs.
