Files app adds smarter folder size scanning

Files, an open-source Windows File Explorer replacement, now includes on-demand folder size calculation to avoid unnecessary background scans. The update also preserves file selections when changing layouts. The app already supports tabbed browsing, dual-pane layouts, file tagging, cloud integration, and deep customization.
