TELESHIM Malware Targets Middle East Governments via Telegram

A threat actor with ties to East Asia is targeting Middle East government entities. The campaign deploys three new malware families: TELESHIM, MIXEDKEY, and BINDCLOAK. TELESHIM abuses Telegram for command-and-control communication.
